The website is official, http://www.mansiononpeachtree.com/, the building is set to break ground during the 1st quarter of 2006, and the project’s opening date is anticipated during the 1st quarter of 2008. The Mansion will have 124 “top-shelf” hotel rooms, 42 tower residences, 3 garden villas, 15,000 sq. ft. spa, two restaurants, meeting rooms, and 260 parking spaces. Combining classic design with modern amenities, The Mansion on Peachtree will offer unrivaled luxury and spoil its residents with breathtaking views.

The architects for the project are Robert A. M. Stern Architects from NY and Milton Pate Associates, the general contractor is Holder Construction Company, and the hotel will be operated by Rosewood Hotels.
