Lavista WalkLavista Walk is a mixed-use community containing 283 luxury apartment homes, 132 stacked townhouse/condominiums and approximately 11,000 square feet of street-level retail space. The project is located within Atlanta’s urban center on Lavista Road east of its intersection with Cheshire Bridge Road directly across from Cheshire Square Shopping Center. This shopping center contains the historic Lafont Tara Movie Theater and the balance of the shopping center has been redeveloped to include a Publix Grocery store.

The subject property is located approximately two miles southeast of Lenox Mall, 1.5 miles northwest of Emory University and the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and less than one mile east of the Lindbergh MARTA station, which is the connecting point for the north-central and north-east transit rail lines. The project’s location makes it easily accessible to the major employment districts of Buckhead, Emory, the CDC, Midtown and Downtown.

This location provides tremendous visibility in one of Atlanta’s more desirable sub-markets.
