Aqua MidtownIn just Three Weeks, Buyers Sign Contracts for more than 50 Percent of Aqua’s Homes.

ATLANTA - The Miami-inspired luxury condominium, Aqua, is positioned for a fast sell out. Within the first three weeks of sales, buyers signed contracts on more than 50 percent of Aqua’s homes. Aqua, which is under construction at the corner of 10th and West Peachtree streets, will not only bring beauty to the Midtown skyline with its inventive South Florida inspired design, but will offer residents an exclusive way of living.

“I’m pleased that buyers have been so receptive to our vision of luxurious Midtown living,” states developer Scott L. Leventhal, President and CEO of Tivoli Properties, Inc. “We wanted to build something unique in the heart of Midtown, so we selected a beautiful design for the exterior, created homes averaging 1,800 square feet, included private access to homes via elevator, and more.”

Other luxurious amenities will include concierge and valet service, Kohler features in the kitchen and bathroom and Viking Designer Series appliances. Aqua’s 25-story condominium will feature one-, two-, and three bedroom homes as well as penthouses ranging from the mid-$400,000s to more than $1 million.

Homes are still available; however, they are selling fast. Prospective buyers can visit the Aqua sales gallery located at the corner of 10th and West Peachtree streets to view the finishes and model, and obtain additional information. The sales gallery is open Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. Interested prospects should make an appointment with a sales agent as soon as possible.

Sales and marketing for Aqua are handled by Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, the market leader in the sales and marketing of condominiums, lofts, luxury high-rises, cluster and town homes.
