The Condo Store Adds New Hires, New Projects To Roster

The Healey Building -- One of The Condo Store\'s Newest AdditionsATLANTA – (April 22, 2008) – Coldwell Banker The Condo Store closes the first quarter of 2008 with four new projects and two new hires within the metro Atlanta market. With its group of experienced specialists and diversity of products, The Condo Store continues to prosper and weather the ever-changing real estate market.

The Condo Store added four new projects to its portfolio of properties: Centennial Station, a gated community with stunning views of downtown; The Healey Building (Pictured), a turn-of-the-century building in the Fairlie-Poplar Landmark District of downtown; Manor Park, a gated community near Buckhead that features nine-foot ceilings in its main rooms; and The Oaks on Jordan, a private enclave consisting of 20 homes near downtown Decatur.

Since The Condo Store was conceived 15 years ago, it has been the marketing and sales leader of multifamily properties due to its variety of communities and unmatched group of practiced specialists. Despite the down real estate market, The Condo Store closed last year with over 4,000 units closed—making 2007 its third best year in the company’s history. The company is continuing its growth with the recent addition of two sales professionals.

Mark Eagle joins The Condo Store’s new ‘Office of the Future’ in Midtown, bringing with him eight years of residential real estate experience. He was previously a sales associate at Coldwell Banker’s intown office and possesses in-depth knowledge of Atlanta intown markets. He is also a certified e-marketing specialist and a recipient of several customer service awards including multi-million-dollar top producer.

Nicole Wesley-Smith, new to the real estate industry, joins the same office with a strong marketing background. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Wesley-Smith worked for Intel Corporation as an analyst of the international chipset market and a strategic business and product advisor, which gave her the necessary tactics to effectively market and sell real estate.
