The Atlantic - Atlantic Station’s Newest and Most Luxurious Condominium

Selig Enterprises, Inc. has finalized agreements with Marlow’s Tavern and Synergy Multimedia.

Newly Proposed Midtown Project: The Premiere at Fox Plaza

The Premiere at Fox PlazaCousins Properties Inc. recently announce a new mixed-use, multi-phase development on a 2.4-acre site at 615 Peachtree St. The new project, Fox Plaza, was named after Atlanta’s Fabulous Fox Theatre. The first phase of the project will include the Premiere at Fox Plaza, a 30-story, 210-unit high-rise condominium tower. It will also include 20,000 square feet of retail space and a 5,000-square-foot restaurant. Prices for one, two and three bedroom will start in the vicinity of $300,000.
