Novare Group Breaks Ground on ViewPoint - the 36-story, Mixed-Use High-Rise Condominium

ATLANTA (August 30, 2006) - Novare Group, the Atlanta-based developer of high-rise condominiums and the pioneer of Atlanta’s Midtown residential renaissance, and Loudermilk/Rohrig, LLC broke ground today on ViewPoint, a 36-story, 385-unit high-rise condominium development on approximately two acres on Peachtree Street between Sixth and Seventh in the heart of Midtown. With its location on Atlanta’s developing "Midtown Mile" retail corridor, ViewPoint will feature 30,000 square feet of signature two-story retail space on Peachtree Street.

Novare’s New Peachtree Project

Novare’s new unnamed development that will span along Peachtree and Juniper bordered by 7th and 6th streets, will include three towers offering about 1,100 condos.

First tower will raise 36 stories high offering 380 units; the second and third towers raising around 33 stories (plans are still in the works) will feature 350-260 units.

All the three towers will share common amenities built atop a one and a half parking deck. Another promising fact about this development is the 30,000 sq ft, two stories retail space.
