ATLANTA — June 8, 2006 — As cities around the United States experience a resurgence, condominium sales at TWELVE SM Hotel & Residences Centennial Park (TWELVE Centennial Park), a development of Novare Group Holdings, LLC, indicate continued strong demand for intown living in Atlanta. As of today, half of the 517 residences in the development’s first phase are under contract. The halfway milestone was reached just a little more than six weeks after sales began on April 20.

TWELVE Centennial Park, a development of Novare Group, built in close proximity to Downtown, Midtown and the Centennial Park area is selling fast, extremely fast. Just a month ago, on June 8, 2006, Novare reported that half of the 512 units in the development’s first phase are already under contract.
Part of the first phase of the development, a 102-suite TWELVE Hotel, 12,800 square feet of street-level retail, 12,500 square feet of office space and 5,000 square feet of restaurant/bar space are also included.

In case you’re expecting two developments, Twelve Centennial Park used to be called Peachtree Portal, and are one and the same project. Peachtree Portal was known as the new mixed use development bounded by the following streets: West Peachtree Street, Spring Street, I-75/85, and Alexander Street.
Buildout was originally proposed for 2007 with two phases to complete the project.
