Twelve Centennial Park used to be known as Peachtree Portal

In case you’re expecting two developments, Twelve Centennial Park used to be called Peachtree Portal, and are one and the same project. Peachtree Portal was known as the new mixed use development bounded by the following streets: West Peachtree Street, Spring Street, I-75/85, and Alexander Street.

Buildout was originally proposed for 2007 with two phases to complete the project.
