The Mansion on Peachtree has been given the green light to proceed with construction. The website is official, http://www.mansiononpeachtree.com/, the building is set to break ground during the 1st quarter of 2006, and the project’s opening date is anticipated during the 1st quarter of 2008. The Mansion will have 124 “top-shelf” hotel rooms, 42 tower residences, 3 garden villas, 15,000 sq. ft. spa, two restaurants, meeting rooms, and 260 parking spaces. Combining classic design with modern amenities, The Mansion on Peachtree will offer unrivaled luxury and spoil its residents with breathtaking views.
The architects for the project are Robert A. M. Stern Architects from NY and Milton Pate Associates, the general contractor is Holder Construction Company, and the hotel will be operated by Rosewood Hotels.

The developer of the Mansion on Peachtree - the tower set to rise near the heart of Atlanta in the exclusive Buckhead entertainment and business district - plans to break ground in first quarter of 2006.
The completion of the tower is planned for the third quarter of 2007, and the $75 million estimated construction cost may very well increase to over $100 million.

The Mansion, a newly proposed highrise condo/hotel on Peachtree, will rise near the heart of the city in the exclusive Buckhead district. City Centre Properties promise "abundant living and six-star service".
The Mansion is a 124 hotel rooms and 35 exclusively designed condominiums mixed-use development, with a projected opening timeframe in the 3rd quarter of 2007. The hotel will be operated by Rosewood Hotels.
