Selig Enterprises, Inc. has finalized agreements with Marlow’s Tavern and Synergy Multimedia.
Marlow’s Tavern’s warm, yet contemporary atmosphere is the perfect complement to the modern tavern menu. The 4,000-square-foot space, which opens spring 2007, will include communal tables in the bar area and large cozy booths throughout, which will add to the neighborhood bar feel. Several flat screen plasma televisions are discreetly incorporated "in the round," allowing guests to enjoy a variety of shows while they dine.

The Plaza Midtown’s residents and their Midtown neighbors will soon have a greater selection of restaurants to choose from, as well as a luxurious day spa. Selig Enterprises, Inc. announced today that the company has signed leases with three restaurants and one day spa - J. Christopher’s, Steel, DRESSED and Signature Day Spa - adding to the growing list of restaurants, shops and boutiques at the 550,000-square-foot mixed-use development.

With all the hype about all the other new condo buildings ready for sale around the Metro Atlanta, everyone must be thinking that all the units in the two magnificent towers of Plaza Midtown are already sold. Moreover the thought that a development which has received Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best in Atlanta Mixed-User/Special-Use Award must have sold all their units by now, could have made buyers hesitant to even ask for available homes.
