Lavista Walk: A Mixed-Use Community in Atlanta’s Urban Center

Lavista Walk is a mixed-use community containing 283 luxury apartment homes, 132 stacked townhouse/condominiums and approximately 11,000 square feet of street-level retail space. The project is located within Atlanta’s urban center on Lavista Road east of its intersection with Cheshire Bridge Road directly across from Cheshire Square Shopping Center. This shopping center contains the historic Lafont Tara Movie Theater and the balance of the shopping center has been redeveloped to include a Publix Grocery store.
