Tribute LoftsTribute Lofts Brings True Loft Living and Neighborhood Retail

Tribute Lofts, a new, mixed-use community planned near the junction of Freedom Parkway and Boulevard, will soon offer residents true loft living in the heart of the city’s historic Old Fourth Ward.

Construction on the 147 homes and retail space at Tribute Lofts began in January and the first residents are expected to call Tribute home in early 2007. When complete, future residents will enjoy high-design and high-quality homes at competitive prices, all within an easy walk or bicycle ride to Inman Park, Virginia Highlands, Little Five Points, Midtown and Downtown.

There’s already a high level of excitement and anticipation among potential buyers for these lofts, which are expected to go on sale beginning in May. Sales and marketing for Tribute Lofts will be handled by Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, the market leaders in the sales and marketing of lofts and condominiums.

A few of the planned features at Tribute Lofts include:

  • Spectacular views of Atlanta’s downtown skyline
  • True lofts with modernist exterior and interior design
  • Convenient location and Interstate 75/85 access
  • Energy efficient and eco-friendly, concrete construction
  • 10-foot ceilings with floor to ceiling panoramic windows and large exterior balconies
  • Sleek authentic Italian cabinetry and granite countertops
  • GE “CleanSteel” appliances
  • Landscaped courtyard with gardens, fountain and grilling area
  • Gated resident parking and dedicated retail parking
  • Rooftop club level with sundeck, water feature, fire pit, grilling area and fitness center
  • Pre-wired for home alarm system, high-speed internet, phone, audio, cable and satellite
  • Direct access to 187-acre, Freedom Park
  • Parkside amenity for bicycle maintenance and pet grooming
  • Bicycle racks and additional on-site storage available
  • A variety of live/work floor plans
  • Dramatic exterior lighting
  • Attached, neighborhood-oriented retail space

Brian and Greg Wohl - the principals at The InVision Group, LLC, and the developers of Tribute Lofts - are taking great strides to create a new residential community that complements the existing neighborhood and also brings new business and retail opportunities to Old Fourth Ward.

“We’re committed to leading edge design and eco-friendly techniques in the construction of Tribute Lofts,” Greg Wohl said. “Our goal is to develop a cool and well-executed project that’s also a more boutique and individualized alternative to high-rise condominiums.”

One of the many reasons the Wohls chose the corner of Freedom Parkway and Boulevard as the site for Tribute Lofts is because of the area’s diversity and eclectic appeal to those who continue to flock to intown Atlanta.

“The community is within a short driving distance of most of the intown entertainment districts,” Brian Wohl said. “The lofts will have direct access to one of the largest parks in town, and there’s a lot of excitement in the area with the growing number of residents, new restaurants and entertainment venues. We very much want Tribute Lofts to be a part of that.”
