The new office building that will rise in Atlantic Station – Atlanta’s new modern mixed-use district with shops, townhouses, office buildings and parks – is located behind the Wachovia tower, and will be designed by architects at Perkins & Will.
One Market Street will be a 17 story office tower, and the first tenant will possibly constitute Atlanta’s branch of South Carolina’s largest law firm: Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough.
The new office tower is expected to open by Spring 2007.
