Midtown Square Atlanta’s Midtown Square is a proposed project “destined to become a landmark mixed-use development in the Southeast, Midtown Square consists of nearly 2 million square feet of Class “A” office space, street level retail, condominium and apartment homes, and a luxury hotel.”
It is located at the northeast block of Peachtree Street and 10th Street, the 35 stories mixed use building also includes street level retail, on site condominium and apartment homes, access to Marta.

Midtown Square offers 120 condominium units, with a total of 270,000 sq ft in two towers, as well as 45 unit apartment homes.

The complex is comprised of two buildings, all surrounded by multi-level, upscale, urban retail, restaurants & entertainment.
