Aqua in Midtown Atlanta promises to bring the exotic condo flavor to the this market: direct access to units by elevator and condos larger than most of the new units currently on the market - averaging 1,800 square feet - but all comes with a price of $250,000 to over $1,000,000.

Aqua will be located in close proximity to Plaza Midtown, on the corner of West Peachtree and 10th St, and it will be raised 24 floors about the ground level, housing only 84 luxury units. (In contrast to one of the two Plaza Midtown towers which has only 20 floors but holds about 200 units).

The project could add a greater value to the Midtown area and more people to the 10th street promenade.

3,400 square feet of retail space is also planned as a part of this project.
