Aqua Midtown, the new development from Tivoli Properties – located in close proximity to Plaza Midtown, on the corner of West Peachtree and 10th Steet – will feature one, two, and three bedroom units. Prices are rumored to start in the $200s for a one bedroom condo, $400s for a two bedroom unit, and $700s for a three bedroom condo. Aqua will also feature a 3,400 SF of ground retail. The construction is set to begin in the first quarter of 2006, with a timetable of 17 months to completion. Aqua’s marketing efforts will be targeted towards the older, wealthier population that affords a more luxurious, high-class lifestyle.
