ATLANTA – The Integral Group and Big Bethel AME Church are reclaiming the Spirit of one of the most historical areas in downtown Atlanta with the opening of Renaissance Walk at Sweet Auburn. The new community of condominiums and lofts is located in both the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic District and the Sweet Auburn National Historic District. Both areas are full of rich African-American history and are in the midst of a revitalization era to reclaim that spirit and to celebrate the extraordinary past that has taken place there. The lofts and condominiums at Renaissance Walk will be priced from the $240,000s to the $800,000s.

Though construction just began in August of last year, and buyers have not yet even seen their new home, the building is already over 50 percent sold. For Walter and Deborah Atkinson, the wait is worth the convenience they will soon have to downtown Atlanta and the history of the area they will be immersed in. The couple moved from Seattle about a year ago and currently live off Piedmont Avenue in an apartment complex. Ever since their move to Atlanta, the Atkinson’s have looked at numerous condos, and liked what Renaissance Walk at Sweet Auburn had to offer.
