Realm Condo sales center is set to open on September 24 in the Kroger shopping center at 3330 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305, also known as “Disco Kroger”.

Realm’s sales center will offer a unique feature:
A full-size model of a one-bedroom unit, where you will be able to experience first-hand what owning a home at Realm is really like. Ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary finishes, quality stainless-steel appliances, premium granite countertops and advanced technology features are only a few of the exciting amenities you’ll see.

Realm’s sales agents will be able to tell you everything else you’d like to know about Realm, such as the eighth-floor pool, sundeck, club rooms and advanced security features.

Construction began at Realm last November, and they recently poured concrete on the 14th floor and started installation of glass on the tower. Construction is well on schedule to complete the building in Summer 2006.
