Plaza Midtown ATLANTA (July 28, 2006) - The Plaza Midtown’s residents and their Midtown neighbors will soon have convenient access to another dining option as well as an audio/video and security systems integration company for homes and businesses. Selig Enterprises, Inc. has finalized agreements with Marlow’s Tavern and Synergy Multimedia.

Marlow’s Tavern’s warm, yet contemporary atmosphere is the perfect complement to the modern tavern menu. The 4,000-square-foot space, which opens spring 2007, will include communal tables in the bar area and large cozy booths throughout, which will add to the neighborhood bar feel. Several flat screen plasma televisions are discreetly incorporated “in the round,” allowing guests to enjoy a variety of shows while they dine.

Synergy Multimedia will open its 1,408-square-foot The Plaza Midtown store (its second Atlanta location) during fourth quarter 2006. Owner Steve Schnugg, also a homeowner at The Plaza Midtown, selected the location based on the company’s extensive Midtown customer base. Synergy Multimedia designs, installs and services custom home theaters, Web-enabled home automation and more.

Marlow’s Tavern and Synergy Multimedia join J. Christopher’s, Steel, DRESSED, Signature Day Spa, Washington Mutual and Publix Super Markets, which opened its 33,000-square-foot Plaza Midtown store May 2006. There are still a few two-bedroom homes, starting from the $300s, available for purchase at The Plaza Midtown. For more information, please call (404) 607-8768.
