Ovation represents a turning point for Buckhead community, and it is expected to redefine the area as a true mixed-use neighborhood. With an expected budget of over $46 million dollars, Ovation will include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging in price from $170 to $300s - preconstruction prices - penthouses, concierge services, swimming pool, fitness and business centers, clubrooms, and private courtyards. The units will feature 10 feet and 9feet ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel or black appliances, and will be turned over to the owner cable and Internet ready. This 19 story mixed-use development broke ground late 2004 and is expected to be finished in 2006.
