MWest is one of the latest additions to the Atlanta condo market. It’s said to be “Different by Design”, and that’s where the developer’s focus will be: to create “a contemporary style and form that goes above and beyond anything in the area.” The European concept MWest, has 183 loft town home units and 10,000 square feet of retail space facing Marietta Blvd. Besides the usual amenities provided by all the condo developers, MWest will include Spectacular Views of Atlanta and Downtown from Roof Top Decks and Oversized, 2-Story, Sky-Lit Bathrooms to name a few.

Wile the construction is expected to finish in October 2005, sales have been open, and sources say that about 85% of the total number of units have already been sold.
