“Civilized, Sophisticated, even so Cosmopolitan”. This is the motto of the new condo development, Cosmopolitan at Lindbergh. Situated within walking distance from the Lindbergh MARTA station and the new Lindbergh Plaza, the condos will feature 244 one, two, and three bedroom units and 14 three-story town-homes, ranging from the $170s to the $400s. The units will include 10 and 12 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, ceramic tiles, stainless steel appliances, and garden tubs and separate showers. The average surfaces will range from 755 SF to 1800 SF.

The Cosmopolitan at Lindbergh, developed by Morris J. Kaplan Communities, has opened the off-site sales center at the Waterford on Piedmont at 530 Piedmont Avenue. Potential homebuyers can now see a scale model of the development. Occupancy is expected to begin in January 2006.
