The newest addition to Buckhead’s skyline comes from four developers that have united to build one of the most talked about mixed use project. The developers are Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc., Duke Realty Corp., Post Properties, Inc. and Novare Group, and the development calls for two mixed-use towers at Peachtree and Peachtree Dunwoody Roads, near the glamorous Phipps Mall.
The towers, designed by Handel Architects, LLP of New York and Atlanta’s Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart, are located on a four-acre site. The first tower, raising 36 stories high will include commercial, office space and 84 1,700-3,000 square feet condominium residences. The second 29-story tower will include about 200 residences having an average of 1,700 square feet.
Condominium homes prices for the first tower range from $650,000 to over $1 million.
Residences and office occupancy is scheduled for late 2008.
