Uptown Square in Buckhead Atlanta, located within Lindbergh City Center on Piedmont Road, is the new $40 million residential development. It will boast 362 upscale apartments in three buildings.
Although it is an apartment complex, it follows the New Urbanism‘s live/work/play development concept.
Uptown Square, placed in-town near the Lindberg Marta station, discourages the use of cars, and the suburban sprawl.
It will offer Studio 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with square footage ranging from 520 to 1,300 square feet, with rents from $775 to $1700 per month. Amenities will include a pool, landscaped courtyards, gazebos, a picnic area with grills, fitness center, Internet café, clubroom/media lounge coffee bar and more.
