The Condo Store Adds New Hires, New Projects To Roster
ATLANTA – (April 22, 2008) – Coldwell Banker The Condo Store closes the first quarter of 2008 with four new projects and two new hires within the metro Atlanta market. With its group of experienced specialists and diversity of products, The Condo Store continues to prosper and weather the ever-changing real estate market.
The Condo Store added four new projects to its portfolio of properties: Centennial Station, a gated community with stunning views of downtown; The Healey Building (Pictured), a turn-of-the-century building in the Fairlie-Poplar Landmark District of downtown; Manor Park, a gated community near Buckhead that features nine-foot ceilings in its main rooms; and The Oaks on Jordan, a private enclave consisting of 20 homes near downtown Decatur.
“Clients continue to consult with and trust The Condo Store because we offer them more than just sales and marketing services,” says Leslie Williamson, executive vice president of marketing of Coldwell Banker The Condo Store. “We also aid with a development’s design, oversee its creative process, consult with legal counsel, prepare condominium documents and assist in the selection of preferred lenders.”
Since The Condo Store was conceived 15 years ago, it has been the marketing and sales leader of multifamily properties due to its variety of communities and unmatched group of practiced specialists. Despite the down real estate market, The Condo Store closed last year with over 4,000 units closed—making 2007 its third best year in the company’s history. The company is continuing its growth with the recent addition of two sales professionals.
