Originally one of Atlanta’s earliest industrial developments - built between 1895 and 1922 in the neo-Romanesque style - The Stacks at Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts continues to be a significant part of Atlanta’s history, evolving from a cotton mill to a rental community to one-of-a-kind lofts.
The Stacks at Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts is a joint venture between Atlanta-based Aderhold Properties, Inc. and Jennings Partners, Inc. to reinvent part of the Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts. Located in Cabbagetown near downtown Atlanta, two of the property’s eight buildings have been converted into New York-style lofts, creating a total of 165 units available for sale.
