Marlow’s Tavern’s warm, yet contemporary atmosphere is the perfect complement to the modern tavern menu. The 4,000-square-foot space, which opens spring 2007, will include communal tables in the bar area and large cozy booths throughout, which will add to the neighborhood bar feel. Several flat screen plasma televisions are discreetly incorporated "in the round," allowing guests to enjoy a variety of shows while they dine.

TWELVE Centennial Park, a development of Novare Group, built in close proximity to Downtown, Midtown and the Centennial Park area is selling fast, extremely fast. Cousins Properties Inc. recently announce a new mixed-use, multi-phase development on a 2.4-acre site at 615 Peachtree St. The new project, Fox Plaza, was named after Atlanta’s Fabulous Fox Theatre. The first phase of the project will include the Premiere at Fox Plaza, a 30-story, 210-unit high-rise condominium tower. It will also include 20,000 square feet of retail space and a 5,000-square-foot restaurant. Prices for one, two and three bedroom will start in the vicinity of $300,000.
